He was very patient in explaining the junk removal process, and quoted me a cost effective price that was within my budget. I also took a pic of my indoor storage space and texted it to him and I paid under the quoted price which I still consider very reasonable. They arrived ahead of time and the cleaning process took about 30 minutes to 45 minutes and the job was done. They were true professionals who got the job done fast. Thank you Tom and Sage! "Just Dump It is an outstanding dumpster rental company. The dumpsters are spotless and well maintained. But the kicker was that they use wood under the "wheels" and the forward part of the dumpster that touch the ground...your driveway! Who else does that? No one. The folks there are friendly and Tom, the owner takes a personal interest in his customers. He even answers the phone.They are now my "go to" dumpster rental company."

"This is the third time I’ve used “Just Dump it”. They are truly magicians. I had a sofa I needed to be removed. I measured the size and couldn’t figure out how they could possibly remove it from the living room safely. They sized it up, and within a couple of minutes, it was out the front door and into the truck. Afterward, they put the other furniture back in place. I didn’t have to touch anything. Their friendly efficiency is gold for someone who needs this kind of service."

"Wow, amazing ! Just Dump It was a key find ! My brother passed away and since we live out of state we needed help cleaning up his place to sell. The crew (Tom Larson Supervisor) arrived promptly as scheduled. They greeted me with a smile and handshake and then they asked key questions AND PROVIDED A SOLUTION ! Items were sorted, saved or hauled away and they even climbed into the attic, garage and closets to sweep them clean. "I can not say enough good things about the team from Just Dump It. I used them to help clean out my childhood home which had 50 years worth of stuff in it. The guys were incredibly helpful and respectful of what was clearly an emotional experience for me. Even though they were taking away garbage, they never seemed to see it as trash. The contents of a house and they very respectfully cleared it away. They cleaned out the attic letting me look at everything first to determine if it was trash. They also must be master Tetris players because they PACKED those dumpsters to make sure I was only getting charged for the stuff they hauled and not for empty space in the dumpster. They also made sure to sweep up after themselves (even in rooms they hadn’t taken garbage from) and they went above and beyond taking out some wall units (a shelving unit and a sink/vanity console) in my bathroom that needed to go but were secured to the wall. They broke them into pieces, carted them away and swept "
